United Towing

We called yesterday evening (7/23) and spoke to Kim. She took care of our call and hooked us up for next day early morning pickup (7/24). Michael came out on time and was simply amazing. Our vehicle has been garaged for years. It had a flat tire. He offered professional advise on how to get it out without damaging anything. It was stressful but he kept us calm and advised every step until it got to a safe flat area. He took care of everything else! Top notch from the call to the pickup! We highly recommend United Towing for your towing needs.

From scheduling to the very end this has been my most smooth, safe , reliable towing experience. First time using them and I will definitely recommend. Shawn felt trustworthy and professional. Thank you for helping me sort this out. I am happy!!!!!

Referred to this company through North Point Auto Repair. Quick, professional, and on time. They even picked up my car without me present and called to confirm it was safe at the shop. Nice perk: they request payment after the tow instead of forcing a pre-pay before the job’s done. Will continue using them for my towing needs.

I called United Towing today feeling completely stressed and overwhelmed; my car was stuck and I didn't know what to do. From the moment the technician arrived, everything changed. He was patient, kind, and genuinely one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered in a service interaction. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he took the time to sit with me in the car and teach me exactly what to do if this ever happens again; walking me through every step, making sure I understood and felt confident. That kind of care goes so far beyond the job description. When I offered a tip, he asked me five times if I was sure. That level of humility and genuine gratitude was the cherry on top. In a world where we rush through everything, this man slowed down and treated me like a person. I left feeling taken care of and empowered. I will never call another towing company. Thank you; truly.
